I have had a routine of going for a long walk during the quarters and semi matches, I just walk whilst the game is on and don’t check my phone until I think the game is over.
I spent the first leg of the semi walking around Southend as I was there on business.
Yes it’s mental but I can’t stop doing it now so at 8pm I’ll be setting off.
You all owe me if we win 🤣🤣

Not nervous at all. Seen so many failings over the years I just expect the worse so anything else is a bonus. I just hope whatever the result we actually show up and don't freeze

I've tried to have a "normal" day today, but as kick-off approaches, I find myself just "doing stuff" to keep busy - moving ornaments that don't need moving (I'll spend the next week putting them all back again), sorting through cupboards and other pointless shit - anything to stop those fucking butterflies rising.
It's not working though - may have to resort to plan "B". B, for beer.

Been on tender hooks all day..
Not seen us lift a Trophy since the last FA Cup triumph and I was only 15 years of age ffs !! My Son is 28 and never seen us lift a Trophy COYI !!!

Palace chap at work said it kills him seeing our fans having so much fun abroad, complete jealousy from fans who haven’t and won’t ever experience it.

I'm in LA, I've blocked off the 12-14.45 time span which might include extra time penalties.My Swedish boss fully understood...
The Grove in West Hollywood used to have a West Ham owned pub but that closed down so I'll be at home. Unbearable.
Going to be a lot of pacing around the room trying not to shout. Even if we're winning...that will be even worse tension. All those Talskport fans will have something to cheer about if we f*** it up from a leading position.

Never been nervous about any match, only a game after all.
Generally only get angry afterwards if I think we’ve been set up to play like cunts and do the plan to perfection.
We’re the underdogs, but if we play as we can and don’t get drawn into the cheating they will clearly be doing, i think we’re the better team and will win.

Whilst driving I'm listening to Talksport, the amount of hate from other teams towards us is unreal !
To a man they all want us to get stuffed
I don't mind if Millwall or Spurs, but lower league fans as well
Has our popularity stooped so low since taking on the stadium for peanuts ?
